policy_comments: Electronic publication of research results provides the opportunity to share freely ideas and knowledge to the scientific community and the general public. Removing access barriers to scientific publications achieved within the SUMPh  „Nicolae Testemitanu”  will ensure strong foundation for an effective  scientific community, will increase both the visibility and the impact of research activity.
In long term, the University aims to increase the quality and performance indicators in scientific research. In this way, Open Access to information can essentially contribute to the promotion of scientific and technological performance results, of innovative research aimed to increase the visibility and recognition of their significance and importance both nationally and internationally.
