"At least four weeks prior to the public defence of the thesis, an electronic version of the thesis shall be published by the University library. In cases where the thesis or part of the thesis is subject to an embargo, the electronic publication of the thesis will take place once the longest embargo has expired. In that case the electronic publication of the thesis shall be limited to the cover, the title page and the summary of the thesis in Dutch and in English."
